[R-390] OT: Low-voltage tubes

Thanks. I found and downloaded the parts manual without logging in. The -12
manual, which must be the operators manual, requires the login info. The HP
3586B is an AN/USM-490 for the Army, and the manual series is TM
11-6625-3087-x. There are the -12 and -24 manuals which I can't download.

Interesting to find this out.
