[R-390] R-388 parts?

According to a post from Mac McCullough on the milsurplus list, Howard
Mills obtained several of the transformers from the original
manufacturer as spares.  He may have drum overlays as well.  I believe
Mac replied to the original poster so this info is for those of you on
the R-390 list who might be seeking sources for 388 parts, and didn't
see Mac's reply.  

Last I heard, John Bess was getting out of the active Collins parts
business.  Maybe he has some left.  If I see him at a local ham fest I
will ask.  We have 5 weekends in a row in Arkansas with ham fests or
fleas scheduled, one in his hometown.
