[R-390] Key

It's the same company and I have a Lionel J-36 that looks a lot like a
Vibroplex bug.  It claims to have been made for the US Army Signal Corps in
1942.  Serial number 16817 if anyone is interested in numbers for these
things...

It has what appears to be a bakelite or some sort of really old style plastic
placard on it with the info.  The placard is curled up.  I still use the thing.
