[R-390] c609 replacement

Hello Wayne,
I would continue to use Tantalum as it is known for it's high stability,
large capacitance and small size. I don't have a schematic to view the
application, or part number. Any other particulars, such as Value, Voltage,
Part Number, Stock number, and I'll see if I have one in stock.
