One more thing on the meter issue.  One thing I noticed when I pulled the
Line Level meter was that it is made such that removing the screws that
connect the wire lugs to the meter effectively "open" the meter.  Removing
both screws caused the innards to flop around and I noticed holes in the
back where the screws used to be.

If this is a "hot" meter, this certainly exposed its contents.

Just an observation.
