[R-390] Orange Drop question

They may be ok. The caps I use are "non-inductively wound" (don't know what
that really means). At any rate, they are not supposed to have an "outside"
and have no identifying stripe.
I have never tested them to verify.
Perhaps Orange Drops have adopted this construction approach. Are the caps
you have marked with their capacitance value and voltage rating?
