[R-390] Help Adjusting Bandswitch Needed

It sounds to me like the pin on the Geneva drive is
hitting the stop too soon, it needs an alignment.

Don't turn too hard it can bend the pin!

You should be able to observe the pin while turning
the MC CHANGE knob from the bottom of the radio, this
would tell you for sure.
