[R-390] regulated B+ update

If anyone is interested, I fixed the problem with the regulated B+ in 
my R390. As you may recall, the B+ in this receiver was 190 volts 
rather than 180 volts. The solution was rather easy, it turned out to 
be a pair of mismatched 5651 voltage reference tubes. One was a 
5651A, the other a 5651. I replaced both with NOS 5651As and brought 
the B+ down to 182 volts.

If anyone is interested, Murray Pasternak is selling used 5651s and
