[R-390] Rack Mounting a R390

Michael,
I have two R-390s in a rack here, and I would
defiantly suggest using angle supports and not just
the front panel.
I laid the rack on its back side and set the radios in
where I wanted them, aligned the front panel holes and
then fabricated the supports.
If you have to empty the rack to lay it down it will
be worth the extra work, and I would not recommend
setting the rack upright with the R-390 installed.
