[R-390] Mixer Coil substitute For R-390 Non A

For those who are intrested I substituted a R390A mixer coil "T208" for the
"T207" in the R390 non A.  The radio lined up and seems to be working just
fine.  I have seen 3 non A RF Decks in the last 4 years with the "T207" coil
bad.
