Thought I answered this.  Yes, the email Roy sent me had Helms' CALLSIGN  at
the top.  If anyone is to blame it is me for NOT looking up the callsign and
giving proper credit in my original post.  I apologize to all around over
this.

AND, thank you to all who provides so much great information and help on
this reflector.
