It is not entirely impossible that it was manufactured in Canada, there were
Hammarlunds manufactured in Toronto by Stewart Warner?  I think it was 
Stewart Warner but maybe not.

Collins also manufactured some stuff in Toronto including 75A4's at the 
end of their market life.
