[R-390] Dry cell battery question

Friends,

Have run across a couple of old (!!) port. units and
the owner wonders, as do I, (in reference to the
meters
I got):::

Is there a source anywhere worldwide for dependable
rare size dry batterys, in partic. "B" values, and
those odd size and value mil. from MANY dif. govts..
Anyone know anything about this??
