[R-390] Wiring harness clamps needed

Does anyone know if the wiring harness clamps and their rubber inserts are available anywhere?  These are the ones that that are used to secure the harness to the front panel and the frame.  I have a radio where these clamps disentegrated over time and when I cleaned the frame and harness, they simply crumbled to nearly nothingness.  Perhaps these are still available new?
