[R-390] More 51J-3 PTO Fun

Pretty minor explanation Tom , This week end I have had the neighbors
admiring the 5-foot diameter reel of 1-5/8" hard-line on the trailer next to
the garage.  They just don't get why I would want to, (or need to) use cable
of this size. I just launch into a talk on losses, and the extreme
efficiency of cable of this size. Their eyes begin to wander, they make
excuses to leave. They'll realize your a fanatic, and maybe they well accept
