[R-390] UPS Bashing is getting old

Boy I couldn't agree any more.  I don't smoke it,  but
fighting it is certainly a loosing battle.  The dope heads
are going to get it one way or another.  Let's seal our 
borders.  Seems much more important issue. Not only
for security but we are also fast loosing our language and 
culture.
