They have been flying a pair of OV-10 Broncos out of Manassas, VA for the
last five years with extra fuel tanks and FLIRs.

They painted them up to look "civilian", but the tail numbers don't show in
the FAA aircraft registry.  And the exhaust of the turboprops lays a layer
of soot over them anyway.
