[R-390] Use of PP Rig, Was: Photos of Preproduction R-390

It looks to me to be a test sample from Collins Radio to the Assessment division
of the Signal Corps...Serial number PP2... Maybe the second R-390 ever built..?
Or it could be the second sample submitted for testing to see if it met the specs
required by the Signal Corps....prior to a production run... 73 de Jordan....
