[R-390] UPS Drop kicked my R-391 !

Hi,
I have had a number of items trashed by UPS. They aren't any worse at
breaking stuff than the other guys but they ship a lot of stuff.
I have *never* had them pay on a claim. Not ever not under any
circumstances. The drivers are ok and the people who answer the phone are
ok. They even admit that things are their fault. The claims people are
simply paid to not pay you and are apparently highly trained in the art of
not paying.
Just my experience ....
