[R-390] Drop kicked/heavy weight....

Hello All,

Todd Bigelow was certainly correct when he wrote that weight is our enemy in 
shipping survival.  When shipping our beloved R-390X we can reduce 
impact-induced deceleration forces by removing heavy subassemblies from the 
unit and shipping those in separate packages.  The best candidates are 
obviously power supply and audio modules.  If the buyer doesn't object to 
slightly more complicated reassembly the RF deck could be shipped separately 
(put index marks on PTO and KC shafts and don't lose the Oldham coupler 
disc).
