[R-390] SSB reception with R-390A

Hi Bruce and Group,

The Lankford/Chambers agc mod is simple and works great!

CV-591A's work great, need filterelectrolytics replaced, some caps. 

The Captain Lee mod is extensive and works no better than the above.
