Oh, definitely!

All inputs on this flow chart lead, eventually, to
output = BUY IT!

Now, then, IF you find that "C" applies to the seller,
even if he is a friend, and you have more "B" than he
has "C" then it should take less "A"!

Um,.....

IF "B">"C"  THEN <"A"

Or something,
