[R-390] Info : CV-591A needed

If you go to EDIT>PREFERENCES>OPTIONS and UN-check all the WEB Browser
options,
the "freeze" problem is eliminated.
Now when you click on a .PDF file, a text box will open and ask you if you
want to OPEN, SAVE, etc.
Click OPEN
