[R-390] To Standby or Not to Standby...

Hello, Tom Cleese, er, ah, I mean, um, LEIPER,

Dropping an R-390 on a hapless enemy soldier being hurled out of a Huey
after he has spilled his guts to an interrogator is an ATROCITY. 
Utterly abhorrent!  A human travesty!  Totally dishonorable tactics! 
Wherever did you get THAT idea?  What's got into you?

I trust and expect you get my drift, SIR!!

Better to drop an R-392 instead, it will survive the impact whereas the
R-390 will not.
