[R-390] Dittmore-Freimuth mechanical filters

Fabio,

The Dittmore-Freimuth mechanical filters a superior to the Collins mechanical 
filters. They were installed in the 1968 run of R-390A's. Manufacturing 
techniques were much improved over the Collins type filters and they exhibit 
much less loss.
