[R-390] R-390 slugs

I looked at my copy of the R-391 parts list.  It does not list NSN part
numbers.  It does list Collins Drawing Numbers, and if those are of use,
I'll get them posted.

I'm very interested in clearing this up - my 390 and 391's have a mixed
bunch of no-mod and mod-1 RF decks with inconsistent slug markings from
what has been listed so far.  Haven't had time to follow up as much as I
want... sorry.
