[R-390] capacitor analysis

I found one in a Bauer AM Broadcast transmitter. I put a 'scope probe on a
screen of a driver tube and found RF. Replaced the 0.01 Mfd cap and the RF
went away. Tested the ceramic cap on a capacitor tester, and it didn't look
all that bad. Pretty scary.
BTW, have several pre-punched paper tapes in round metal cans. Don't know
what is on the tapes, but they look like they have been stored for a while.
