Ronnie,

Try the attic on a hot summer day.  Inside the car works too (but stinks of 
paint).  I've baked paint with a 75- or 100-watt light bulb (not heat lamp) 
in an old trunk or even under a cardboard box (done in an area where it 
wouldn't matter if it had caught fire).  These methods also work for drying 
out modules which have been cleaned with water.
