[R-390] Covers

I was looking at the covers in the R390 section of
http://www.atc-us.com/ATCSHOP/ It started me wondering
I have the top and bottom covers for My R390A. One has
round holes coined out of it, the other has louvers.
Is there a top and bottom cover? Are these just mismatched covers?  It seems 
to me the louvered
one is the top one. This is the sort of thing one
thinks about when one has but two functioning brain
cells after a awful day at the Cheyenne, VA.
