[R-390] PSK-31

Yes I use My R390A for PSK31, it works very well. I use the line out
so I have a meter and can control the input to the sound card.  I use
a microphone transformer to isolate the R390 form the sound card and
this let things more or less see the proper impedence. I don't know
where the Mic' transformer came from it was just in one of the junk boxes.
