[R-390] Front panel paint removal

Yes, the "Aircraft" grade paint remover is best. Then for the tough stuff
that doesn't want to come out of the engraved lettering, I use a brass
bristle brush (the toothbrush style brush). Don't dare try steel or
anything harder than brass.
