[R-390] The SBA-1 and the CV-591

I may have the answer to this question. I have an original manual
for the SBA-1, as I was running a copy for Bruce I noticed on the
schematic a small part of it was circled with the caption
"omitted in Air Force version" This isn't a hand written addition this is
orignal with the printing of the schematic. What was omitted was the
S-meter. This explains why in my unit the wiring for the meter installed is
different from everything else, it's clear the S-meter was added later.
