[R-390] K9AY Loop - any experience

There are several Hams in Cheyenne area who put this antenna together.
As I recall I worked ok, not much better then other designs a lot
easier to build.  Keep in mind we look at the transmitting properties
of an antenna as well as the receive.  I remember the brethren saying
a delta loop is a delta loop.... For receive it's hard to beat a
receiving loop for low QRN.
