The Signal slicer (SS) is not a receive sideband adapter it is designed
to give SSB to any of a number of AM transmitters. These are phasing
rigs and with proper adjustment put our some of the best sounding
SSB phone on the air. I have a CE 10B exciter which incorporates the
SS with a 6 watt driver section I have had it on the air running
through My Heathkit SB-200 which gives me about 65 watts using a
monitor scope to adjust the wave form, fabulous sound.
