Harman Kardon still sells a full line of stuff - integrated receivers and cd players etc. They
are made under contract by Sherwood in Asia. Some are designed here, some aren't. They are solid
state, of course. But it's a pretty good brand and who knows what they will do with it in the
future.
I have a whole home theater of Citation brand stuff (about $50k) I bought about 6 years ago. It
is a brand that is now positioned above Harman Kardon and below Mark Levenson. (all these are
Harman brands). Haven't seen Citation in the last year or so, don't know if they are still using
that brand or not.
