[R-390] removing cigarette smoke

I have used tooth paste, the kind that cleans up tobbacco stained
teeth.  This works very well on plastic, it should work on the paint
as well. use a very soft tooth brush, water, and elbow grease.
One thing about this if it doesn't work no harm done.
