[R-390] Perhaps Dumb question

For dumb questions, you have come to the right place.
You may want to gather up a bunch of fuses, or a 120V light bulb in its place.
Try powering up the rig with the modules out, until you isolate the module with
the problem.
Once you do that, look for a bad capacitor that bypasses the circuit that is on
that fuse, it is B+ if Im not mistaken.
