[R-390] Recap kit Update- Wife back in hospital -SNOW

I arrived at Fort Sill, OK on 2 JAN 65. Had a 1960 MGA at the time. A
few days later, there was just enough snow to create patchy white spots
on the ground and make the roads wet.

Coming from the north, I had no problem driving my MGA around, but they
still shut down the entire Army post until everything dried up!

I was there to learn about some comm gear my Artillery unit was to
receive and install. No R-390's unfortunately!
