Bill,

There are too many points that you are missing here. You are talking about
programs (Outlook Express), and we are talking about operating systems (Mac
OS and DOS) and shell programs (Windows).

I will give you a chance to reconsider your 'engage brain before using
keyboard' comment once you figureout the subject of the thread. You can even
buy me a beer to get back on my good side.
