[R-390] Cosmos PTO

I find that the most important thing to do to avoid interaction between the
points is to insure that the screw being adjusted is directly above the
coil/plunger.  This will not necessarily be at an even 25kcs point (unless you
start from scratch and make it so with numerous iterations).
