[R-390] Black Lettering

[Osamu Hazawa]

Recently, I acquired an R390A from Fair Radio (repairable/less meter).
However, I felt something strange when I opened the packge.

Yes, there was an ugly "blue stripe" as usual (?) but I found all the
lettering
on the panel is black, not white!

Is it normal? Or a rare case?
