[R-390] Manual copies: HP 200CD and the older HP 200C

Sign me up for a copy and let me know the cost.

Turns out I'm going to need it.  I got to examining this one for the first time since wagging it home and it has problems.  One of those "it worked at the hamfest but not anymore" kind of things.

It appears to be pretty unstable -- going in and out of oscillation -- and doesn't work at times at all.  Looks like I get to fix something else.  Yippee!

I downloaded the 200AB manual from bama, but I'm sure I'll need the CD version.
