[R-390] Steve's Test gear was PICKUP only

My Apologies to anyone inconvenienced.

I just received an email from Steve.  He forgot to mention (and I didn't
think to ask) that He wants  PICKUP on those items from Palo Alto
California.  Since he is moving it is basically a "fire sale" and
everything is priced accordingly.
