[R-390] R-392 quest for power - Circuit idea...

Guys,
Thanks for all the great tips; I've got some tinkering to do. I forgot about 
bypass caps on the rectifiers, and since the buzz sounds a lot like light 
dimmer noise, that may be the source. I like the split supply idea too.
