[R-390] R390/Solid State

Converting an R-390 to solid-state? Isn't that the same thing as jumping 
out of a perfectly good, working, airplane? Or refitting submarines for 
screen doors? I mean, you can do it... but whatever for? Next thing, you'll 
be telling us that transistor stuff is better than tube stuff. Have you no 
sense of decency man? Oh the shame of it!
