[R-390] R-390 net update

I tried to check in and heard Dave about 15 seconds before losing it down in the
QRM. I tuned around the freq and couldn't really get anything, so knocked it off
about 10 minutes in.  Then I started tuning around the band to see what the condx
were, and to be honest, propagation was lousy yesterday (At least in PA)....
Will try to make it again next Sunday
