[R-390] Gear Train Guru Wanted

Back in 1969, in boot camp, I had to disassemble and reassemble an M-14
blindfolded. An R-390A gear train blindfolded now?  Some might say, if it
was good enough then, then why not now??  .................Nahhh, are you
crazy??  The simpler the better I say.  :o).
