[R-390] 390 NON-A HELP

I have an excellent copy of TM 11-856, with the companion schematic package
that I would be happy to send to you for scanning, if I could get a copy of
the scanned files when you are through, hi hi.  I am good on the QRZ
database, but send your address on private email and I'll get it out to you.
