Joe, you never get this stuff complete.  It was skinning a sheep in the back
of a pickup truck in the parking lot of a city apartment block and the 
horrified bystanders were aphalled to find that evicerating a dead animal in
public is not against any law: municipal, state, or federal.

Hah!  Every once in a while there is true justice!
