 I'm afraid I can't help you with the hotel radio.  I wondered if you were 
 wondering what the MI-XXXXX meant.  If so, it means Master Item and was 
RCA's 
 way of keeping track of component pieces in a system.  I worked in the TV 
 broadcast racket for many years and all of the RCA equipment had an MI 
 number.  Even some of the more exotic pieces had MI numbers as well.  Such 
as 
 microphones, phono heads, etc.  For years, I thought RCA used MI numbers 
just 
 for broadcast stuff but later found them on PA stuff, movie projectors and 
 2-way equipment.
 
 So much for that trivia!
